SALES POLICIES

New Accounts. For all new accounts, Prepayment is required.

The First 6 orders must be paid in cash, certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or wire transfers. Thereafter, company checks may be accepted upon approval of credit and verification of creditworthiness. Your company name and address must appear on your check and match your account with the seller’s permit information. We will charge a fee of $35 for each returned check, and we will no longer accept checks after a second returned check.

Failure to give us written notice within 48 hours shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the merchandise. Claim for any defects or omissions in shipments must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

All defective merchandise that is returned to us must be packed in original packing material. The merchandise that has been assembled will not be accepted for refund, credit, or exchange.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for returned items with original packing.

MIKA FURNITURE does not issue cash refunds. Subject to these terms and conditions, we will give or exchange only for defective merchandise, or credit will be issued to the Customer’s account.

All orders are subject to strikes, labor problems, lockouts contingencies of transportation, failure of usual source of supply of fuel, materials, or labor, accidents, product delay, or any other difficulties. MIKA FURNITURE will be relieved from responsibility for delay or failure of delivery arising out of any such causes.

Our merchandise is sold as an ex-works warehouse. MIKA FURNITURE is not responsible for the damages caused by the freight company.
